Welcome to paradise! This tour combines a walk through the Amazon, its rushing streams, spectacular waterfalls, and rocky caves and finishes with a refreshing swim in a natural pool.

An unforgettable one-day trip that will see you trek through stunning rainforest, walk down rivers, shower under waterfalls and bath in the cool and revitalizing waters of a natural Amazonian rock pool.

Amazing Amazon tour So, this tour wasn’t good; it was AMAZING. We had our tour guide José who knew so much about the plants, the animals and the culture. We sometimes had a little language barrier, but we understood each-other sufficiently. We did the MISAHUALLI HIKING, CANOEING AND COMMUNITIES tour which is $65 per person. This included pick up and drop off, a Conoe tour, a 3/4 hour walk in the Amazon, lunch, watching the local community dances and culture and go to Misahualli to watch the cutest monkies. Jose operates with a passion and really want you to learn as much as possible. We were lucky with the weather, but take enough water with you and wear long pants! So worth it. Thank you Jose!

Great tour company! Don't worry, be happy! Just came back from a half day tour going to the Pimpilala waterfalls and the Laguna Azul.Gregory, our guide, was fantastic and thankfully spoke very good English, since our Spanish is not very good. He was very knowledgeable, and really managed to tell us a lot about the local area, the people, and their traditions. It was an enjoyable day overall and well worth the money.We sincerely appreciated Gregory and his coworkers, who helped us over the rocks, through the river, up the cascade, and back down again. I have a bit of a back problem and they were aware of it, so they took extra care to make sure that I was safe.They were very accommodating, changing plans at the last minute for us. Originally we were going to take a longer walk after the waterfall to see a more secluded lagoon, but because they could see I was having mobility issues after the first hike they suggested we go to the Blue lagoon instead. While the Laguna Azul is a little more touristy it was absolutely fine with us for a nice dip at the end of the day. We went to one of the upper pools and had it all to ourselves. Then they took the other two girls for a walk down by the river well I relaxed in a hammock with a much needed cerveza.The pickup and drop off at our Airbnb went perfectly. They even went out of their way and took us to a couple of stores on the way home.We all had cameras, but they also took lots of pics. We exchanged contact info and they will be forwarding them to us. I'm sure they've got some great ones that we didn't have the opportunity to take while we were in the water.Another thing I found impressive was that the business owner followed up with me almost immediately after we were dropped off to see if we enjoyed ourselves. In fact, communication throughout was great.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any trips I wanted to take in Tenna.

Wonderful Trip Wonderful experience! Was able to line up rafting trip prior to our arrival via WhatsApp. Assisted with planning and even offered to arrange transportation for a lower price than our hotel. We had to change our arrival time a few times and we were pleasantly surprised with the kind understanding responses we received. Our guide insured we had a great time and stayed safe. I would highly recommend rafting with raft Amazonia.They also took photos and sent them to us free of charge:)

Magnifique journée en rafting avec des pros Mon mari et moi avons passé une excellente journée en rafting. Partie de Tena le matin et retour vers 15 hres. Arrêt sur la rivière pour un très bon dîner inclus dans le forfait. Raft Amazonia est une équipe de pros. Je le recommande à tous le monde.

Waterfall/jungle hike and rafting Juan and Leandro were great guides for our two days. The waterfall trip was better than we expected. It was the right choice for an adventurous family. Climbing the waterfalls was fun and Juan shared local information along the way. The fish plate lunch was wonderful. Unfortunately the lagoon was not accessible due to weather, but it didn’t take away from our first adventure. The second day Raft Amazonia recommended rafting. The water was rough but we felt safe. It was a great idea to bring the kayak and SUP along. The teens really enjoyed the time in the kayak with Juan and Leandro (more than the raft). Lunch was good for a riverside picnic near some indigenous craft sellers. Overall two great days and I would highly recommend to others.

Excellent rafting experience We had a super fun and safe rafting experience with Isaac and Leandro! We left Tena at 9am and were back at around 3pm. It was our first time rafting and we absolutely loved it. We had a safety briefing before we started and during our time on the water Isaac always made sure that we were safe. He also made sure that we didn't get too tired, letting us rest our arms in between the rapids. Lunch was delicious. The pictures we received at the end were fantastic. 100% recommend and would do it again 😊

Super day rafting the Jatunyacu Great day rafting the Jatunyacu river class III with Raft Amazonia. There were only two of us but still had a super time - Gregory and Leandro were very friendly and looked after us well. They have quality, safe equipment, start with a thorough safety briefing and also use a safety kayaker as well as the guide on the raft. Extremely large and tasty lunch included and pickup/dropoff at our hotel was super smooth. Very easy to communicate via WhatsApp too and their office is in central Tena. The kayaker also doubles as a photographer and you get sent all the photos and videos on Google Drive afterwards!Be advised the trip is a long one and the sun can be very fierce, so would recommend long sleeves and bottoms (leggings or similar) if you can manage it - the sun cream will wash off pretty quickly!Thanks again for a great trip.
